StyleWhiz AI provides AI-powered personal styling, a virtual try-on experience, and an optional private personal wardrobe. For clothing with an approved, rights-cleared on-model catalog scene, the service may rebuild the catalog clothes, pose, framing, lighting, and background around the visible face, hair, skin appearance, build, body shape, and continuous proportions in your validated full-body photo while removing the catalog model’s identity and body. The service aims to transfer your appearance rather than paste your face onto the catalog body. Product-only clothing references and makeup, accessory, or Mix & Match requests use your photo’s composition. My Wardrobe can classify a clothing-only photo you select and may generate a catalog-style derivative of that exact item for your private wardrobe and Mix & Match suggestions. Every AI result is for inspiration and may not perfectly represent your appearance, proportions, garment details, colour, or real-world fit. Exported and shared generated try-on images include a visible “AI-generated” label in the image pixels.
Before AI is enabled, the app asks for your explicit permission, confirmation that you are 18 or older, a pledge to use only photos of yourself for person-based styling and only clothing-item photos with no people for My Wardrobe, and acknowledgement of the conditional appearance-transfer roles and AI variance. Consent version 5 identifies the July 20, 2026 disclosure and acknowledgement set and is required for My Wardrobe. Earlier grants remain valid only within their original disclosure scope in older app versions; a current client asks you to renew before using the newly disclosed AI photo purposes. A grant applies to later requests within its disclosed scope until you disable AI, so permission is not technically re-confirmed for every photo. A further material photo-purpose change requires renewed consent.
The optional strict, versioned scan sends one full-body photo to Google’s paid Gemini API and requires exactly one person, one clear face, a complete head-to-toe view, bounded body-shape and undertone suggestions, and sufficient confidence. When analysis completes, its private validation receipt stores the photo’s exact private path, analysis contract version, bounded detected values, confidence and validation results, and analysis time. You may adjust either suggestion and must explicitly confirm both against that exact private photo before the values are added to your style profile or authorized for appearance transfer. The receipt then also stores the confirmed values and confirmation time. Replacing or removing the photo deletes its receipt.
Try-on generation sends the chosen person photo, selected catalog references, server-resolved composition mode, and non-personal catalog name, category, subcategory, and description. Eligible approved-scene transfer also sends the confirmed bounded body-shape and undertone values as preservation constraints; no separate selfie is sent during try-on. Visual quality analysis receives the original photo, catalog references, and candidate result, and one bounded defect list may be sent for one retry. The selected photo remains the visual authority. The quality check does not identify you; derive body measurements from the photo; or create or compare faceprints, embeddings, or reusable biometric templates.
For My Wardrobe, Google’s paid Gemini API receives the clothing-only photo you select, a request to create a faithful item-only catalog image, and the original plus candidate for garment classification and same-request quality analysis. StyleWhiz AI stores the original, an accepted derivative if one is produced, garment classifications, and quality results in your private account until you delete the item or your account. Do not upload any wardrobe image containing a person, minor, or explicit content.
Google does not use paid Gemini API prompts, files, or responses to improve or train its general-purpose products or models. Google retains prompts, contextual information, and outputs for 55 days solely to detect and prevent prohibited use, maintain service safety and security, and make required legal or regulatory disclosures. Content flagged by safety or abuse-detection systems may be assessed by authorized Google employees. Abuse-monitoring data is not used to train or fine-tune AI/ML models other than models used specifically for policy enforcement.
StyleWhiz AI includes five successful AI try-ons per day at no charge. You may optionally purchase StyleWhiz Pro, an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited AI try-ons while the subscription is active. The price shown in the app is the localized price provided by Apple for your App Store storefront.
Purchases use Apple StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. StyleWhiz Pro renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an active subscription on a supported device.
Apple processes subscription payments. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
You can turn off future AI processing, replace or remove source photos, delete saved looks or personal-wardrobe items, and delete your account from Profile. Removing or replacing a full-body photo deletes its validation receipt and prior private file; for a verified pre-migration legacy photo only, this may contact AWS S3 solely to delete that file. Deleting a wardrobe item removes its database record, original, and generated derivative. Each wardrobe create or delete also creates or updates a restricted UUID-linked cleanup receipt containing account/item identifiers, expected object count, cleanup timing and attempts, an optional bounded error code, and completion reason. Exact storage paths are cleared on completion; the receipt remains only while the account exists to retry exact cleanup and audit whether the item committed or its private storage was removed, and account deletion deletes it. Account deletion also removes account-linked profile, styling, activity, entitlement, try-on and wardrobe records, appearance-validation receipt, private source and wardrobe photos, and generated-result files. Restricted UUID-keyed deletion-control and exceptional storage-reconciliation records may remain without a fixed retention period. They contain no photo bytes and are not used for personalization. Account deletion does not shorten Google’s separate limited retention, remove Apple’s records, or cancel an Apple subscription.
For person-based styling, upload only photos of yourself. For My Wardrobe, upload only a clothing item with no person visible. Never upload another person, a minor, or any unlawful or explicit imagery. Curated outfits and personal-wardrobe items are intended only for fully clothed styling visualization. You may not use the service to undress, sexualize, impersonate, harass, or exploit anyone. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.
The service is provided “as is.” Styling suggestions are probabilistic and should be used as a reference for your own decisions.
